Terms & Conditions – Cloud Nine Styling

1. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is not confirmed until this has been received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days before the event.

  • Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of deposit.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the event will result in loss of deposit only.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will require full payment.

  • All payments made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Requests to reschedule may be accommodated where possible but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges and/or be treated as a new booking.
     

2. Setup & Collection

  • The setup date, time, and location will be agreed in advance.

  • Where collection of hired items is required, the collection date, time, and location will also be agreed in advance.

  • All hired items must be left in the same condition as they were provided and made available for collection at the agreed time.

  • Additional charges may apply if access is delayed or collection cannot be completed at the agreed time.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe and suitable access to the venue at the agreed setup and collection times.
     

3. Damage, Loss & Responsibility

  • Responsibility for all hired items transfers to the client once setup is complete.

  • All hired items (including but not limited to sailboards, frames, stands, and props) must be kept safe and returned in the same condition as provided.

  • The client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to hired items from the time of setup until collection.

  • Any damaged, lost, or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost.

  • Decorations, installations, and equipment must not be moved, altered, or tampered with after setup.

  • We are not responsible for damage to balloons or installations once setup is complete, including damage caused by guests, venue conditions, or weather.
     

4. Safety

  • Balloons and installations must be kept away from sharp objects, heat sources, open flames, and adverse weather conditions.

  • Balloons are sensitive to environmental factors including heat, cold, wind, and direct sunlight, which may affect their appearance and longevity.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to balloons or installations once setup is complete, including damage caused by weather, venue conditions, or guest interaction.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a suitable environment is maintained for the duration of the event.
     

5. Changes to Booking

  • Any changes to a booking must be requested in writing.

  • Changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

  • Changes may result in additional costs depending on the nature of the request.

  • Significant changes to the booking (including date, location, or design) may be treated as a new booking.

  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to designs or materials where necessary due to availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse changes requested within 5 days of the event.
     

6. Liability

  • We take all reasonable care during delivery, setup, and installation.

  • Once setup is complete, responsibility for the installation passes to the client.

  • We are not liable for any damage or loss occurring after setup, including damage caused by guests, venue conditions, or environmental factors.

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, event disruption, or financial loss.

  • Where required, our liability will not exceed the total value of the services provided.
     

7. Acceptance

By paying a deposit and confirming a booking with Cloud Nine Styling, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
